Proverbs 5:1-2

“My son, be attentive to my wisdom; incline your ear to my understanding, that you may keep discretion, and your lips may guard knowledge.” -Proverbs 5:1-2

Discretion is not a word that I would say is the strength of our culture. We gossip and slander. We say hurtful things. We speak when we shouldn't and when we need to speak, we are quiet. Allowing God's word to be active in our life will give us the discretion that we need. ⁠
